My Carnival of Thoughts

I’m so happy with the outcomes of this years Oscars!
I missed the first hour of it, but from what I saw I don’t disagree with one award! All were amazing!!!

Although I wish that Black Swan would have won for Best Picture, I’m totally happy that The King’s Speech. Honestly, I’m just happy that The Social Network didn’t win. Not that it’s not a great movie, because it is! I just didn’t think that it was Academy Award - Best Picture worthy. But hey, that’s just my opinion!

Honestly, I’m just really happy with the outcome. Yes, that may be the two glasses of amazing wine talking, but I don’t think so. I’m just in a great mood. I have a really good feeling about this week! =D

But now, I have to go write my Poli Sci essay for the take home portion of my midterm.
Let’s see how this goes with those two glasses of wine in me. Mmm Gallo Family ~ White Merlot. AMAZING!

I just hope to finish this essay quick, because I want to watch more True Blood.

Alright so my rough draft is done…well for the most part. But hey, it’s a rough draft right, that’s what it’s for right? =D

I studied a bit for my poli sci midterm, but I’m really not worried about that one at all. I think it’s going to be rather easy.

I wanted to watch the new Skins episode before I went to sleep. But the video is loading about 3 seconds for every minute, so I think I’m just going to give up on that idea and go to sleep. It is 3 am after all.

I really need to stop procrastinating with all the important stuff in my life, but really if I didn’t procrastinate would I really be me?
and yes, I know writing this post is just another way for me to procrastinate a little bit longer. So sue me. I’m tired and I’m only human, and I’m really easily distracted.

I have accomplished three things from today’s to do list (well now its actually yesterday’s to do list) but anyway….I can’t decide if because I finished those things this has been a productive day or not….

Things to do:

• Write Stephanie’s recommendation letters
• Finish Zoho Notebook assignment
• Social with Alpha Sigma Alpha
• Write Financial Literacy rough draft for English (at least 2 pages)
• Study for Poli Sci midterm

So yes, now I have two things left to do and it’s about 12:30 am. I think I’m gonna make a cup of coffee and lock myself in my room to finish this stuff. You know that may actually be more unsuccessful. I have cool toys and stuff in my room. Yesterday when I was writing my Latin American Civ. paper I ended up taking the cover off my fan and cleaning all the dust out of it.

But I digress, 
 
It really kind of sucks tho, my Poli Sci midterm is at 9 am, and my English paper rough draft is due at 10 am. ….

But you know what, once it hits 11 am tomorrow, it is officially the weekend and I am home free.

I really should go do those last two things so I can scratch off all of my to do list….

Okay so I may have missed my goal time by two hours but oh well. I’m done now and that’s what matters.

And I must say, for a paper written last minute, about how different religious beliefs helped & hindered the Spanish - Indian relationships and based out of a book I didn’t finish, it’s actually pretty good.

But it is now 3:45 am and I need sleep. Goodnight/Goodmorning world!

My goal is to have this paper done by 1:30 am.
It’s 11:11 pm right now so I have a couple hours to go….
I suppose I should probably get off tumblr and go do it then.

I’ve never been this disinterested in a paper before…it’s kind of sad.
But it’s due at 2 pm tomorrow so I really need to get working on it!
But ooh, I have my intro done…so that’s something at least right?

I have a feeling tomorrow is going to be a 3 cup of coffee morning…..

I’ve been home since about 10 am and haven’t done anything other than sleep and go to McDonald’s for a shamrock shake.
I do however have to write a 3-4 page paper on a book I didn’t finish for my Latin American History class.

I really should start this…or at least try to find a summary of the book somewhere. 
Once I find that I think I’ll be fine. I’m a jedi master bullshit! =D
It just really doesn’t help that the internet is so distracting and I happen to have the attention span of a guppy…

Ok, really this time I mean it. I’m going to go write this paper.

Okay, that episode was as good as I was expecting it to be.
In my opinion, it was one of the best of this season! =D

But now that it took me roughly 1.5 hours to watch a 45 minute show it is 2:05 am and I am tired. I have to get up in 5 hours for class. So it is with the song “Blame It On The Alcohol” in my head that I bid tumblr adieu and attempt to fall asleep!

Oh, and after the tsnownami that hit on Sunday/Monday we have a ton more snow, so I can now get to work on your sculpture in the parking lot! =D

Cuz according to them it’s not Wednesday, Feb. 23rd yet!
Well, you know what stupid people. It’s Wednesdy here in Wisconsin, so just let me watch Glee already! Besides it’s what 10 pm on the west coast? Well then you know what that means….It’s already aired across the whole country!!!! So, please now will you let me watch it? I really really really want to!

(this isn’t really as big a deal as this post just made it seem, I just really wanna watch this episode)

I missed Glee tonight because I went out to dinner with a couple of my Sigma Sisters and a few of our PNMs (yay!) and I didn’t get back until about 7:45 and when I walked in my roommate’s brother and friend were here, plus I really didn’t wanna just watch the last 15 minutes when I hadn’t seen anything else.

So I’ve decided I’m going to stay up until midnight so that when it hits Wednesday, February 23rd I can watch it on hulu! I think this episode looks absolutely hilarious, and I really wanna see Mr. Shue drunk and at his hot mess bestest!

I suppose in the mean time I can go and finish that book I have to write a paper on. Eh, the paper isn’t due until Thursday so I got time….But I room could use a good cleaning…..=/

Ok, so random post is over now.
I shall clean, then read, then watch Glee, then sleep!

Providing you have some place to stay whilst I’m inside the gig, sure. Tickets to Vegas are cheap. Airlines accommodate weekend getaways to Sin City. I’ve seen some for $56. lol

Considering I live in Wisconsin and it’s Februay I will have to make it out of snow. But I’ve already come up with a plan so it doesn’t melt.

I’m going to encase it in a large refridgerated class box! Great plan right?! I know, it is!

I don’t know how my landlord will feel about this, but eh, I don’t really care!
